Welcome. These Terms of Use govern your use of www.humaxai.ca and any services or programs offered by Humax AI Inc. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If anything is unclear, write to us at connect@humaxai.ca.
1. Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or engage our services. Our content is intended for personal, educational use only.
2. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us at connect@humaxai.ca if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms.
3. Current offerings
Humax AI Inc. does not currently offer any paid enrollment programs. Our free Digital Hub guides remain available at no cost, and we offer scoped, paid Services (Shopify builds, automations, strategy sessions, and 1-on-1 guidance) as described on our Services page. If we relaunch structured paid programs in the future, the specifics — pricing, duration, and access period — will be clearly stated on this page before enrollment opens.
For paid Services, you'll receive a confirmation and scope details by email before work begins.
4. Refunds for paid Services
Because our current paid offerings are scoped Services agreed to individually by email before work begins, refund terms are set out as part of that agreement at the time of booking. If a technical issue prevents you from receiving what was agreed, contact us at connect@humaxai.ca and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Acceptable use and conduct
When you use our content or services, you agree to use it for your own personal or business use only and to not share, copy, redistribute, resell, or republish any material without written permission. You agree not to use our content to train or develop any AI model, and not to reverse-engineer or systematically download content from the site.
You agree to treat our team and any community members with respect and in good faith. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if you engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, or bad-faith behaviour toward Humax AI Inc., its founder, employees, or any member of our community. This applies to communication via email, any community platform, or any other channel.
We are building a safe, respectful space for women who are learning. Conduct that undermines that safety will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at connect@humaxai.ca before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any genuine issue. Initiating a chargeback for services that have been delivered, without first contacting us, is a violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, video, audio, downloadable resources, the Humax AI logo, and The Humax AI Confidence Method™ — is the intellectual property of Humax AI Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. 8. Educational content — not professional advice
Humax AI is a self-paced AI training company that creates guides for easier access and independence. We teach you how to use third-party AI tools. We do not own, develop, or operate any AI system. Our content is educational only — not legal, financial, medical, psychological, or career advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.
9. Testimonials
If you share your experience with us, we may publish it only with your explicit written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to connect@humaxai.ca. We do not publish fabricated or composite testimonials.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Humax AI Inc. makes no guarantee of specific results, income, employment, or transformation. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
